Please print out the party contract that is available here. Then complete all of the available forms using Acrobat reader, print it out, sign and mail to the address you receive in the email. Please enclose a $50.00 check (payable to Bob Severns) for the date retainer in your envelope. Where do you do your parties? - Anywhere you want. Our parties are held at your homes, churches, business, etc. We will travel within a 80 mile radius of Canton, Ohio. Please note that a trip fee will be incurred for parties that are further away than 15 miles.   How long are parties? - The dude offers three party packs; 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours, or 2 hours. If you desire a longer party, please call the Dude for details. Will adults enjoy the Dude? - Certainly! The dude tends to incorporate humor, visual gags and magic that appeal to all ages.  Can I cancel/reschedule the party? - The retainer is what holds the date. If you decide that a previously scheduled date will not work, the Dude will work with you as best he can to reschedule, but should you decide against using "the Dude's" services, your retainer fee is not refundable. How many people can I invite? - How big is your venue? I have entertained for as little as 5 people and to as many as 300. As long as you can pen the crowd in, the Dude can entertain them. However, remember that the Dude is very active and we do require a lot of space for interactive dancing and a 8 x 8 ft. setup area to setup live music gear--guitar, keyboard, mixers, speakers. How is the trip fee calculated? - The dude will find out how many miles you are from 7148 Pilot Knob Ave NE, Louisville, Ohio and then subtract 15 miles, then multiply by $2. For example, if you venue is 25 miles from our location, the trip fee would be 25-15=10x$2=$20.
